Description: Cook County Health & Hospitals System is in need of PHARMACIST AMBULATORY PHARMACY SERVICES/OUTPATIENT - SHIFT: ROTATING right now, this career will be situated in Illinois. For detail informations about this career opportunity kindly see the descriptions. Provides pharmaceutical care to all areas of Ambulatory Care Services. This includes the: Adult! Emergency Room, Adult Screening Clinic, Fantus Health Center Clinics and Inpatient Discharge Services. Will be assigned to the Stroger Ambulatory pharmacies or Fantus pharmacies. Supervises the performance of pharmacy students and pharmacy technicians in the Ambulatory Pharmacy setting.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must be
licensed as a Pharmacist in the State of Illinois.
Full-time work experience as a pharmacist in a hospital or retail pharmacy
is required.
Must
be able to work any and all shifts assigned
