Job Type: Full Time Position Summary:
Lead the! business strategy to develop a payor optimization business model. Responsible for optimizing the new and existing
payor contracts as well as optimizing all other Specialty pharmacy payor opportunities. Responsible for driving and developing
AWP strategy in markets. Focused on the performance of the contract as it relates to margin, market penetration, exclusivity
pull through and performance of the agreement. Responsible for ensuring all contract pull-through is being managed and
executed on. This leader will work cross-functionally with other business leaders withing the organization to ensure the model
for existing and future pull-through will be set up and executed to. Required Qualifications:
5-8 years of experience 1.Industry Insights 2. Business and Financial Acumen 3. Analytical Skills 4. Employer and health plan contracting and underwriting knowledge 5. Reimbursement knowledge Preferred Qualifications:
