What are we looking for:
We are looking for a high- performing Senior Sales Executive with experience in maritime sales filed, to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Successfully developing and delivering agreed sales strategies and commercial goals in line with the overall annual business plans of the company
- Should be self-driven & have demonstrated success in similar roles in the past
- Be effective communicator with interpersonal and customer relationship managements skills
- Liaising with customers and creating long term, sustainable relationships
- Continuous development of new customer relationships and strengthening the existing ones.
- Gathering market and customer’s information enriching our company’s data base
- Plan monthly cycle to visit existing and prospective customers
- Understand customers’ requirements and ensure they are met
- Meet & exceed monthly budgeted target
- Develop and generate sales from existing base towards monthly target
- Interact with customers positively to resolve and customer complaints
- Reporting accordingly to the director/manager
Must- Have Qualifications:
- University/ College degree will be considered as an asset
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language (any other language will be considered as an asset)
- Experience in Maritime Industry 3+ years in ship repairs/services (underwater, LSA FFE, afloat repairs and drydock sectors) preferably in sales department
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Driver’s license and ability to travel inland or abroad as required
