To strengthen our motivated Group Legal Team at our headquarters in Vienna, we are looking for a passionate Compliance Officer (m/f/d) .
Your Role
- You support the Group Compliance Officer in implementing and maintenance of our groupwide compliance management system in MM
- You facilitate an organizational culture throughout the company, which reflects a strong commitment to compliance
- You reflect and promote industry best practice in compliance management
- You establish systems which allow to reasonably detect and prevent violations of internal compliance standards, regulations and laws and eliminate losses (financial losses, damages to persons and environment)
- You support the management of the MM Group Companies in compliance matters (in particular in assessing specific circumstances in the light of compliance)
Your Profile
- You have at least 5 years of professional experience and minimum 2 years as in-house lawyer or attorney at law or in a law enforcement agency
- You gained experience in legal compliance issues, in particular antitrust law and international sanctions
- You have a very good understanding of compliance related issues and experience in dealing with cases before law enforcement authorities
- You behave with a high degree of personal integrity and act with honour and character as well as the highest ethical standards
- You have a good understanding of the organization’s broader business imperatives and a strong understanding of the value chain
- You are ready to cope with difficulties, make complex decisions and focus on action and outcomes
- You have excellent communication skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective cross-organizational and cross-cultural relationships combined with a business partnering mentality
- You are fluent in written and spoken English and German (C-Level)

For this position, an annual compensation package starting at € 65,000 gross all-in is offered according to your qualifications and professional experience.
The time you undertake in this position also counts as a training period for lawyer's education in Austria (accordint to section 2 (3)(3) Austrian Lawyers' Act (Rechtsanwaltsordnung)!
