Job summary:
Under the direction of the staff pharmacist, the Pharmacy Tech. II assists in all operations related to the pharmacy drug distribution; coordinates drug distribution activities with other technicians and assures quality of pharmacy dispensing, including IV admixture dispensing, unit dose cart filling, and drug inventory control; is responsible for all technical aspects of the pharmacy service under the supervision of the staff pharmacist.
Qualifications:
Certified pharmacy technician
Meditech experience is preferred
