We (Prestige Alliances Guild) are looking for detail-orientated, pleasant personality and organised individual to join us as a Part Time Admin Assistant
5 days a week on weekdays (10-5pm)
Core Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and confirmation of appointments
- Running of errands e.g Meeting client to have docs signed or collect documents, delivering of gifts
- Presentation Slides (As & when required)
- Business Expense (Receipts to be organised and scanned)
- Calling clients to remind on premium payment
- Any other ad-hoc task may be required

Qualifications:
- Must have good telephone skills
- Well-spoken
- Resourceful and Able to work independently
- Able to commit minimum 3 months or more
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week
Salary: $12.00 per hour
Experience:
- Administrative: 1 year (Preferred)
