Part Time Admin Assistant [Singapore]


 

We (Prestige Alliances Guild) are looking for detail-orientated, pleasant personality and organised individual to join us as a Part Time Admin Assistant

5 days a week on weekdays (10-5pm)

Core Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and confirmation of appointments
  • Running of errands e.g Meeting client to have docs signed or collect documents, delivering of gifts
  • Presentation Slides (As & when required)
  • Business Expense (Receipts to be organised and scanned)
  • Calling clients to remind on premium payment
  • Any other ad-hoc task may be required

Qualifications:

  • Must have good telephone skills
  • Well-spoken
  • Resourceful and Able to work independently
  • Able to commit minimum 3 months or more

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

Salary: $12.00 per hour

Experience:

  • Administrative: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
