Summary
Join Baxter's US Region Nutrition business which is the current leader with the broadest breadth of products. This is an exciting opportunity where you can identify
ways to influence clinicians to further adopt therapy of this growth portfolio.
This position will lead the development and execution of the clinical growth plan for Baxter’s parenteral nutrition business. This position reports to Director, Nutrition Marketing.
Expectations
Develop and direct clinical marketing strategy, growth plan, and execution for Parenteral Nutrition therapy
Possess a comprehensive understanding of the key Parenteral Nutrition market segments, clinical data support, market opportunities, and competitive threats.
Prepare the US market for new product launches ! and market expansion.
Key liaison for area of marketing re! sponsibility with Global Marketing and Medical Affairs (MSL deployment).
Possess thorough understanding of informatics/HIT and translate into business opportunities.
Create high-impact peer-peer marketing programs, conference symposia, and medical advisory boards that support business strategic objectives.
Develop strategic relationships with key customers, Key Opinion Leaders, and Medical/Advocacy organizations associated with Clinical Nutrition
Job Requirements:
Requirements
Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years relevant experience.
Registered pharmacist, Pharm D., Clinical Pharmacist, Informatics Pharmacist (in US)
Greater than 4 years combined experience working in a health-system pharmacy setting and preferably in home infusion pharmacy
Direct experience in parenteral nutrition ordering, admixture, fulfillment, and dispensing
Pharmacy informatics experience/responsibility ie: Cerner, Epic, CPR+
Proven ability to! influence clinical practice
Effective communication and presentation skills Preferred
Marketing / product marketing experience
MBA
Knowledge of Baxter (nutrition) products
Nutrition support team experience
