3-5 years experience is required
Provides pharmaceutical care services to the patients of Provena Saint Joseph Medical Cent! er. Services include, but are not limited to, preparation, dispensing, monitoring and proper documentation of patient medication therapy. Duties include advising health care providers on matters pertaining to optimizing drug therapy. Complies with Federal, State, and local laws and regulations as well as with regulatory agencies affecting the practice of Pharmacy. Conducts drug utilization review studies. Must be a registered pharmacist and familiar with standard concepts, practice.
