Education: Doctor of Pharmacy required. Bachelor's of Pharmacy and minimum three years experience in managed care or similar setting accepted in lieu of Pharm D.
Licensure: Current unrestricted license from the State Board of Pharmacy, State of Illinois by Examination.
Other Knowledge/Skills: Ideal candidate must possess strong critical thinking skills and be able to analyze and solve complex problems. Individual must be able to communicate cle! arly and professionally with internal and external customers i! ncluding other healthcare professionals. Must be able to anticipate and take corrective action in response to change s in pharmacy regulations, prescribing patterns, new therapeutic technologies, etc. Ability to maintain a credible professional image with physicians and other health care providers.
