The Director of Pharmacy Services is responsible for the general oversight of the pharmacy services and operations. The Director coordinates the pharmacy operations to provide optimal services while complying with all the applica! ble policies, procedures, goals, and standards of the organization. He/She monitors and manages the implementation of departmental objectives, procedures, and policies to ensure compliance with local, accreditation, and certification requirements. The Director coordinates and promotes clinical and educational services for these areas so as to provide desirable patient outcomes through the use of safe drug therapies.
Masters degree required.
3-5 years of experience required.
Current IL Pharmacist License required.
EPIC experience strongly preferred.
