Position Responsibilities:
The Registered Pharmacist â€" per diem, under the direction of the Pharmacy Unit Manager performs professional functions generally associated with the practice of pharmacy in the retail setting for the retail pharmacy.
Position Qualifications Include :
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy. A Doctor of Pharmacy is preferred Current license as a Registered Pharmacist in the State of Illinois Minimum of one year hospital pharmacy experience and two years retail pharmacy experience is preferred Experience and knowledge base in intravenous admixture services and intravenous drug therapy is preferred Ability to work a flexible work schedule
