Summary:
The Pharmacist/Clinical Account Manager will serve as the primary clinical resource for assigned informed Rx customers (Medicaid Managed Care Organization, Health Maintenance Organization, Union Trust Fund, Self - Funded employer group, Third party Administrator, etc.). This resource specifically provides a proactive consultative role in assisting customers with pharmacy benefit design strategies which include, but no limited to, development of appropriate use guidelines and protocols, utilization management programs, and formulary management strategies. This position is a Remote/Work from home with Travel to client sites.

Essential Job Functions:
Oversee / coordinate production of Plan Review documents. Presentation of Plan Reviews and other clinical materials to clients, where appropriate. Oversee / coordinate compliance (quality) management regarding specific programs/initiatives implemented by clients. Support of and presentation to informedRx and client Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee(s) as needed. Provision of new drug reviews, drug bulletins, and other newsletter-related materials to clients. Assist in the training of Account Management, Sales and Marketing, and other appropriate personnel regarding clinical products and services as needed. Regular participation in the Clinical Management Forum. Provide consulting to current and prospective clients through provision of benefit design recommendations and up-selling of clinical products and services. Provide internal Sales & Marketing support. (Subject Matter Expert support on RFPs, sales presentations, finalist presentations)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Strong PC Skills to include Microsoft Office.

Travel is required. Education and Experience:
Pharm.D. Medicare Part D experience.
