As a Store Design Coordinator, you will be responsible for the project management for store openings, renovations-refreshments, relocations, closures in line with timelines and budget.
Responsibilities:
- Site Survey/ On Site Measurements/ Execution of drawings and briefings
- Project Design for all channels’ tiering types defining Final Technical package, Bill of Quantities & EOL plans. / Collaboration with the regional Store Design Department, ensuring continuous communication and clarifications of designs and specifications
- Project tendering in cooperation with the procurement department
- Support the brands for VM materials production, providing with TDs and clarifications required.
- Timelines coordination with all stakeholders
- Supervision during construction phases and onsite execution
- Coordination of transport of fixed assets to and from the stores, in cooperation with the brands, warehouse and stores
- Market Maintenance
- Ensure follow-up of the budget CapEx and OpEx.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Interior Design / Industrial Design
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture will be considered an asset
- Experience and understanding of Retail Design, retail programs and strategies is a plus.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD 2d & 3d ( Sketchup is an advantage )
- Project management skills
- English at a fluent level
- Excellent computer skills & Microsoft office ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Structured and strong organization and prioritization skills
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- A positive, can-do attitude is key
- Systematic rather than creative
- Willing to travel 25%
