Why is this role really critical to us?


Responsible from the overall Revenue Management and Pricing of the products and sales sectors in Vodafone Business Unit. The aim of job role is to maximize revenue and profit growth Vodafone Business product and services. And also drilled down qualitative analysis and forecast for better offers that best fit SME and Corp customer needs and expectations with high revenue growth.


How will you spend your time at Vodafone?


  • Observe the Telco and Techco Market to propose new commercial actions, concepts and alternatives based on customer insights and market analysis.
  • Track closely VBU Revenues and come up with new initiatives to keep actuals and targets in line.
  • Tracking market actions and commercial strategy of competitors and coming up with proposals best fitting to our own strategy.
  • Proactively leads the commercial decision-making across multiple products and services for multinational enterprise customers.
  • Build, develop and track automated reporting and performance metrics that support better offers and business decisions mainly for revenue growth.
  • Influences the customers’ decision-making process through quality proposal material and building trust in client meetings; participates in customer negotiations.
  • Advises key stakeholders on the structure and development of commercial offers in order to maximize profitability, typically in complex multi-facetted commercial propositions spanning multiple geographies.
  • Gives professional guidance to team members and shares knowledge. Drives cross-functional learning reviews, identifies administrative/organizational tasks for audit and tracking purposes.
  • Drives internal process improvements.
  • Support digitalization in our CRM tool.

You are just the person we’ve been looking for, if you have:


  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Business, Economics, master degree is a plus
  • Min 3 years of experience in in pricing, growth & revenue management or in Bidding, Marketing or Finance departments
  • Presentable and strong analytical & critical thinking skills
  • Negotiating skills and debate culture,
  • Work under pressure and time constraints
  • Self-motivating and able to work under minimal supervision,
  • Dynamic and curious personality,
  • Strong written, verbal communication skills& inter-personal skills both in Turkish and English
  • Multi-task management
  • Problem solving & decision making
  • Results-driven and delivery-focused
  • Flexible mind set to adapt to a constantly changing conditions
  • Flexible working hours
  • Telecom sector experience is a plus
  • B2B business experience is a plus
  • Subscription-based business experience is a plus
