About the role
The role of the Accounting Officer is to support the Senior Financial Accountant in maintaining efficient and effective financial accounting solutions to West Moreton Health stakeholders while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, approved policies and procedures.
About you

- Demonstrated ability to investigate and provide practical recommendations in relation to financial accounting and administration matters which enhance the efficiency, effectiveness and quality of financial management and administration and contribute to enhanced financial outcomes
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills including the ability to communicate and interact with staff at all levels and external stakeholders.Ability to work as part of team and under pressure to meet prescribed deadlines.
- Organisational Commitment and Awareness
- Commitment to undertake responsibilities in accordance with West Moreton Health's core values of connect, respect, excel.
- Vaccinated against, and remain vaccinated against, certain vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. 01/16
