Performs non-judgmental functions related to the drug distribution process including! preparing and distributing medications; maintaining patient’s records; packaging and labeling medication doses; and maintaining drug inventory. Works under the direct supervision of a registered pharmacist.
HS/GED required. IL Pharmacy Technician licensure required. CPhT within first 12 months required. Previous hospital pharmacy experience preferred. Excellent computer and customer service skills required.
