! The Clinical Advisor position provides the opportunity to utilize clinical and analytical skills in a managed care environment to positively impact the health of consumers while helping reduce health care costs. The position will work with an account team to provide consultative active
management of day-to-day clinical service offerings supporting the sales and implementation of CVS Caremark clinical programs. Other duties include implementing Clinical Solutions, utilizing formulary management tools and analyzing physician and patient drug use patterns.
Travel up to 30% is required. Required Qualifications:
Licensed Pharmacist. Skilled in various PC applications, including MS Office Products (Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint). Superior written and organizational skills and well-developed interpersonal skills. Strong presentation skills are essential to succeed in this role. Ability to set goals, prioritize and meet deadlines. Knowledge of the pharmace! utical industry and their products. Highly organized and detai! l oriented, analytical. * Nine years of clinical experience. * Managed Care experience required Preferred Qualifications:
PBM experience highly preferred Education:
Bachelor of Science, Pharmacy or Pharm.D. Active pharmacist license required. Business Overview:
