Description: Adventist Midwest Health is presently looking of PHARMACIST, Casual, Various Shifts including weekends right now, this job will be reside in Illinois. More complete informations about this job opportunity please read the description below. Responsible for daily pharmaceutical services for assigned facility. Facilitates the implementation of new pharmacy se! rvices in accordance with pharmacy policies and procedures, state law, federal law and JCAHO requirements. Assesses, treats and cares for patients in a professional manner.
Qualifications

Bachelor of Science or PharmD. degree from an accredited college of pharmacy.
·
Current State of
Illinois Registered Pharmacist
license in good standing.
·
Minimum 2â€"3 years pharmacy experience preferred.
·
Verified pharmacokinetic dosing competency required.
·
Verified antibiotic monitoring competency required.
·
Basic Life Support certification preferred.
·
Supervisory skills
preferred
(a new grad would not have this skill, so should be preferred)
·
Administrative skills preferred.
·
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Ability to use various instruments, machines, tools, ! equipment and work aids as necessary to perform job duties.
