The Outpatient Clinic Manager supports the clinic(s), Service Line and Medical Center goals. Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and three years related nursing experience. A Bachelor's degree maybe substituted for one year of the required work exp! erience. Extensive knowledge of the clinic's patient population, health care trends, community and regional resources and service availability to these populations. An ability to establish working relationships with diverse groups and individual, medical staff and other health care disciplines. Some positions require certification as a generalist in a related specialty area by the American Nurses Association (ANA). RN licensure by South Carolina Board of Nursing or a compact state required. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) required, either a certification from an American Heart Association (AHA) BLS for Healthcare Providers (or AHA recognized equivalent) or an American Red Cross CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer and Healthcare Provider.
