Previous experience within the hotel or restaurant industries, as the candidate will play a pivotal role in driving product sales and augmenting the restaurant's daily revenue.
A proven track record in sales, coupled with a profound understanding of marketing and PR strategies, is crucial for this role. The candidate will be instrumental in orchestrating efforts to solicit positive client reviews on prominent online platforms such as Google and TripAdvisor. In addition, adeptness in handling and appeasing dissatisfied clients is a requisite skill.
This multifaceted role extends beyond sales and marketing. The chosen candidate will be actively engaged in the day-to-day operational and managerial activities of the restaurant. Their contributions will be integral to maintaining the smooth flow of operations and ensuring top-notch service quality on a consistent basis.
