The Opportunity

As part of the management team within our Food & Beverage operations at our hotels. Our Food & Beverage Supervisors will be pivotal to the ongoing success within the department.

You will assist the Food & Beverage Manager, in the continuing delivery of exceptional food experience to all our guests and deputise in their absence.

Responsible for maintaining high standards across the multiple food services, including the main restaurant, Bar & Lounge, and in-room service. All allergen and nutrient information to be correct and up to date.

You will receive regular training from your F&B management team, as our supervisors will be our potential General Managers of the future

Ideal Candidate

  • You will be passionate about Food and Beverage - that's a given!
  • Ideally have worked within a similar role, managing food and beverage operations.
  • Proven experience of working in a management or supervisory role in a customer service environment.
  • Will have an authentic and passionate approach
  • The ability to create a positive culture within the team
  • Will have strong operational knowledge and commercial awareness
  • Would ideally have expereince in other operational hotel departments, as you will be requried to cover areas including Front Office
  • Ability to drive and motivate teams through periods of change, with the ability to recognise and develop future stars
  • Excellent level of numeracy and literacy skills
  • Strong organisation and planning skills
  • Experience of budgets and driving additional sales
