The Director of Home Infusion directs, supervises, coordinates, promotes, and evaluates the clinical and business operations of St. John’s Home Infusion Pro! gram to ensure excellence in patient care delivery, service, and operational efficiencies. In addition, provides strategic leadership as well as day to day management for the program. Provides leadership by modeling the organization’s core values as well as integrating our mission and vision into daily activities and future planning. Dedicates management efforts toward collaboration, innovation, and engaging others utilizing a systems approach to performance excellence and continual improvement. Develops operational plans that are consistent with the hospital’s overall plans for delivery of care. Responsible developing the annual Home Infusion budget and accountable for the financial performance of the program. Promotes an integrated, interdisciplinary approach to patient care to ensure a quality patient experience. Proactively collaborates as needed with Pharmacy leadership including the HSHS Director of Pharmacy.
Qualified candidates will be a Registered Phar! macist or Registered Nurse with an active license. Registered ! Nurse candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. Graduate education in Nursing, Business or Health Services Administration is preferred. At least 2-4 years of management experience is desired. Strong candidates will possess good communication skills, people skills as well as a working knowledge of business skills such as budget development, business plans, marketing, and strategic planning. Knowledge of regulatory codes and accreditation standards appropriate for the Home Infusion environment. Must possess a valid driver’s license and have automobile insurance as required by HSHS policy.
