Location: Schaumburg, Illinois

Description: Pathways is currently seeking to employ Specialty Marketing Manager right now, this position will be designated in Illinois. The Marketing Manager is a position that performs the tasks necessary to coordinate and execute all marketing and / or sales support functions related to driving incremental r! evenue through collateral materials and other related communications across the appropriate channels for BriovaRx. This includes targeting materials and communications for key stakeholders-Patients, Providers, Pharmaceutical Manufacturers, and Payers as well as consultants and corporate departments. This position will help evolve the value proposition of BriovaRx and specialty to best support the brand identity and image of Catamaran. The ideal candidate will have the ability to succinctly communicate in a variety of media and can demonstrate organizational and interpersonal skills. Additionally, this position will require significant ability to collaborate across operations, sales, clinical and corporate.

! The position will start in Lisle, Il and move to Schaumburg in 2013 with the Corporate Headquarters.

Work closely with the Catamaran Specialty Senior Marketing Manager to develop, implement and measure results of marketing campaigns for therapies supported operationally at BriovaRx. This will include development of marketing materials, implementation and collaboration with sales staff, coordination with clinical team in marketing programs to create campaigns that drive impact in top line therapies, incorporating all customer satisfaction survey results into marketing campaigns and will be the central repository at BriovaRx for all collateral.
Serve as a primary SME for all RFPs, to keep content updated and ensure it is accurate and coordinate any finalist presentations to ensure content in RFP is represented consistently. Support interactions with BriovaRx Account Teams as well as Customers.
Be go-to person for all specialty collateral materials and communi! cations by therapy state and customer channel and ensure consistency of message for all audiences.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Communication skills: Ability to convey information in a logical and concise manner in writing, speaking and presenting to diverse audiences;

Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Ability to take disparate data points across multiple areas and create a storyline that drives a call to action;

Relationship Management Skills: Ability to maintain ongoing contacts and positive interactions with operations staff, training staff, sales staff, and corporate staff (Account Managers, Marketing team);

Initiative: Ability to stay abreast of market trends and take appropriate actions to communicate and incorporate into brand and marketing strategies;

Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint presentations;

Experience and knowledge in the specialt! y industry;

Excellent organizational and planning skills;

Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task and successfully support multiple stakeholders.

Team orientation and collaboration skills a must.

Education and Experience:
Clinician (either nurse or pharmacist) with a Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university; five or more years of marketing or strategy experience, or related experience and/or training in the specialty field.
