HomeScript is a local, independently owned and operated full service pharmacy offering FREE delivery of prescription drugs to your patient's door. We have a friendly staff of pharmacists and technicians available to assist with medication, coverage and reimbursement questions. A Pharmacy Technician will come to your home to do a thorough evaluation of your current medications. Our pharmacists will conduct a monthly review of the patient's medications to manage prescriptions and contact referral sources/physicians if patients are non-compliant.

We're looking for hard-working, detail-oriented people with friendly, flexible personalities to work as a full time Patient Care Instructor. You must be dependable, a people-person, a strong multi-tasker and eager to learn. You will be responsible for delivering prescription medications and providing consultation (for those that choose to become Pharmacy Technician Certified through our organization) You must comfortable with driving to patients' homes in the Chicagoland area.
Job Summary
- Providing delivery & in-home consultation to the patient and their family on medication
- Completing all paperwork to satisfy Medicare and HIPAA requirements and ensuring processing after returning paperwork to office.
- Designing and improving operational difficulties
- Associate's Degree
- Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive problem solver
- Responsible, Discreet & Prompt
- Must have a street by street understanding of Chicago and neighboring area.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License, possess a clean driving record, and be over 21 years old
